Booking terms for REA1 Stays

Terms & Conditions

By making a booking through REA1 Stays, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation policies and applicable fees will be displayed during the booking process.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and respectful condition during their stay.

Guests must not:

• Host parties or events

• Cause excessive noise

• Exceed the maximum occupancy

• Smoke inside the property unless specifically permitted

• Engage in unlawful activity

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are provided within your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Property Access

Guests may be required to provide identification prior to check-in for security and verification purposes.

Damages and Additional Charges

Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning costs or missing items caused during their stay.

Security Deposit Authorization

By confirming a reservation, guests authorize REA1 Stays to process a refundable security deposit pre-authorization of AUD $500 on the payment card provided.

The pre-authorization may be processed within 24 hours after check-in.

If no damages, excessive cleaning, missing items or policy violations are identified, the pre-authorized amount will be released within 2 days after check-out.

Additional charges may apply if damages or extra cleaning are required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking and property selected. Please review cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

Limitation of Liability

REA1 Stays is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
